OH THE QUESTIONS

So.. are any readers of my blog.... LAW buffs? Because I want to know... Is it legal for your employer to know if you have a medical marijuana prescription? I have heard over and over that "it goes on your record, dude. You better watch out". But now that i've stepped back and thought about it... isn't your medical record confidential? The what's that doctor patient confidentiality thing that we always see used dramatically on TV? I know that if I'm depressed, and I'm prescribed a antidepressant, my employer should never know anything about that. So what about medical marijuana?! Is this rumor just fear tactics to prevent regular joe's from getting it?
